We currently offer free delivery across Ireland on Lumo electric fires unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery to the UK, Northern Ireland, Europe or other regions may be available where shown at checkout or agreed with us before ordering. Delivery charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges or local fees may apply depending on the destination.

Delivery times

In-stock products are normally dispatched as quickly as possible after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on product size, stock availability, courier schedules, destination country, customs processing and delivery location.

Pre-order products

Some Lumo products may be available for pre-order before stock arrives into Ireland. Where a product is listed as a pre-order item, the estimated arrival or dispatch timing will be shown on the product page where available.

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may change due to shipping, customs, supplier, port, warehouse or courier delays.

Large-item delivery

Electric fires are large and fragile products. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the packaging on arrival. If packaging appears damaged, note this with the courier where possible and contact us promptly.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed deliveries

If delivery fails because nobody is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item. Additional charges may apply where a second delivery or re-dispatch is required.

Access and delivery restrictions

Please ensure the address is accessible for large-item delivery. Check restrictions such as narrow roads, apartment access, stairs, lifts, gates, restricted areas, customs requirements or import restrictions before ordering.

Delivery inspection

Inspect your item as soon as possible after delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, contact us promptly with your order number and photos.
