Lumo Fires is operated from Ireland under Luxury Fires Ireland Limited.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to provide accurate order, contact, billing and delivery information.

Product images, lifestyle images, colours, flame effects and room settings are provided for illustration and guidance only. Actual product appearance may vary depending on room lighting, screen settings, installation type and product settings.

Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, recess depth, opening size, wall suitability, electrical requirements and installation instructions before ordering or installing a product.

Lumo electric fires do not require a chimney, flue or gas supply, but each product has its own installation and clearance requirements.

Where delivery is made outside Ireland, additional delivery charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges or local fees may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
